Biographical Sketch of Kabbie J. Konteh

Kabbie graduated from Seattle University with a Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration degree. During school, he interned as a tax associate at Deloitte Tax, LLP. He also volunteered at the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project (NWIRP) working as an immigration advocate for low income immigrants in the State of Washington.

After law school, he worked at Deloitte Tax, LLP as federal and international tax associate. Afterwards, he worked as an associate at Legal Advocates (LAIC, LLP). He was one of two attorneys charged with overseeing the Seattle Branch of the firm. Currently, Kabbie is a partner at the Law Office of Konteh & Associates, PC. He also is the founder of the non-profit organization called the Restoration of Cultural Sierra Leone (ROCS) which builds schools in impoverished areas of Sierra Leone. He is currently the treasurer for the Loren Miller Bar Association (LMBA), the largest organization of African-American attorneys in the United States providing advancement for the social and economic well-being of African-American attorneys while improving relations between the legal profession and the community at-large.

When not practicing law or volunteering, Kabbie enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends.
